Yeast Expression System has the advantages of both prokaryotic and higher eukaryotic systems, with the characteristics of common culture conditions, fast growth rate, relatively low cost, processed after protein translation, easy to obtain soluble active recombinant protein, is widely used in recombinant protein, especially the preparation of eukaryotic proteins. Because of its fast growth, rich commercial expression vector and highly efficient secretion of expression, Pichia pastoris becomes the priority for yeast expression of recombinant protein.
